To do this, click on the “Watch the Meeting” tab below and click on the large blue ZOOM BUTTON.

ENTER YOUR NAME AS IT APPEARS IN YOUR ZOOM ACCOUNT.Īfter you have signed up to speak and before the item(s) you signed up to speak on is taken up, you will need to join the Zoom conference.Select your position: For | Against | No Position.Scroll to the bottom of the list of items and click NEXT.Check the item(s) on which you would like to speak.Scroll down to the list of meetings and click on the MICROPHONE ICON under options to the right of the meeting during which you want to speak.Click on the 'Sign Up To Speak' tab below.If you do not sign up to speak you will not be allowed into the Zoom conference. You must sign up to speak, and then be present in the Zoom conference during the item that you would like to speak on. Speaking during the meeting will be done through Zoom. The meetings will instead be live-streamed from remote locations. Please follow the instructions below to sign up to speak at a virtaul Commission meeting. Speakers will not be able to sign-up for City Council meetings using the form below.Ĭommission meetings continue to be conducted virtually.
